Sinopse: A 10ª temporada de “Smallville” promete o retorno do eterno e clássico romance entre Clark e Lois, e deixa Clark frente a frente com seu destino enquanto ele supera seus últimos obstáculos e “cria” a identidade ícone pela qual será conhecido pro resto da vida. Chloe Sullivan não será personagem regular dessa temporada, mas Tess (Cassidy Freeman) está confirmada no elenco fixo.
Surge um novo vilão nesta temporada, Darkseid. Além disso, haverá também a chegada de dois novos heróis: Besouro Azul e Gladiador Dourado. Sobre os personagens já conhecidos da trama, Lionel Luthor, Pa Kent e o Arqueiro Verde (com novo uniforme) estarão de volta. Há ainda a possibilidade de Michael Rosenbaum, o Lex Luthor, retornar à série.
